If you are unable to find a convenient appointment, please message us and we will try and accommodate you. I work full time in the NHS and therefore run this clinic around those hours. However, I will always try and accommodate your needs.
Some treatments require a prior consultation allowing us to carry out an assessment to discuss the best treatment options and to give you an accurate price. Others require a patch test or a prescription for procurement of the required medication. A further appointment will then be made for the treatment.
As an ACP and nurse prescriber, consultations for any treatment or advice can be carried out by Karen. Consultations for beauty treatments (skin care), skin tag removal, laser or electrolysis hair removal, fungal toe nail removal and body contouring can be carried out by Jodie.
We will always discuss all treatment options available to you along with the risks and benefits to allow you to make an informed choice. In some circumstances I will be unable to carry out the treatments you want if I feel the risks outweigh the benefits, or the treatment is inappropriate or unsafe for you.
When booking on-line, a £40 consultation fee is charged and refunded against any treatment carried out. If no treatment is undertaken or the consultation is not attended, the £40 fee is non-refundable. If booking directly with me, a payment link will be sent for the deposit and your appointment held for 24 hours.
48 hours notice of cancellation or change of appointment is requested otherwise the £40 deposit is non-refundable against the treatment and full payment will be requested. In the event of emergencies, this decision will be at the manager's discretion.
